Cách thêm tài khoản trong outlook 2010

Để chuyển dữ liệu từ Zimbra lên Google Workspace cần sử dụng mail client, cần cấu hình 2 tài khoản trên mail client (tài khoản Zimbra và thông tin tài khoản Google Workspace). Trả lời này vận dụng cho bạn dạng Outlook 2010:

1-Tạo thông tin tài khoản Zimbra

Khởi đụng OulookFile -> Add AccountChọn Manually configure hệ thống settings or additional vps types, click NextChọn Internet E-mail, click Next

Nhập thông tin:Your Name: chúng ta tên tín đồ dùngE-mail Address: add email cũAccount type: IMAPIncoming mail server (IMAP): mail.tdt.edu.vnOutgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.tdt.edu.vnClick More SettingsVào tab Outgoing server: Chọn My outgoing vps (SMTP) requires authentication cùng Use the same settings as my incoming mail server

Vào tab Advanced: chọn Server Port Numbers như sau:Incoming hệ thống (IMAP): 993, encrypted connection: SSLOutgoing server (SMTP): 465, encrypted connection: SSLChọn server timeouts: 10 phút

Click OK và Finish.

 

2-Tạo tài khoản Google Workspace

Bước 1: được cho phép Google Workspace đồng ý các áp dụng không an toàn

Đăng nhập vào thông tin tài khoản Google WorkspaceSettings -> Accounts and Import, chọn Google account settingsTrong mục Sign-in & Security, lựa chọn Apps with tài khoản accessChọn Allow less secure apps: ON

 

Bước 2: chất nhận được truy xuất thông tin tài khoản Google Workspace bởi IMAP

Đăng nhập vào tài khoản Google WorkspaceSettings -> Accounts & Import, chọn Google account settingsĐến mục IMAP Access, lựa chọn Enable IMAPDi đưa về cuối screen và lựa chọn Save changes

Bước 3: Tạo tài khoản Google Workspace trên Outlook

Khởi rượu cồn OulookFile -> Add AccountChọn Manually configure hệ thống settings or additional server types, click NextChọn Internet E-mail, click Next

Nhập thông tin:Your Name: họ tên người dùngE-mail Address: địa chỉ email ruby-forum.orgAccount type: IMAPIncoming mail server (IMAP): imap.gmail.comOutgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.comClick More SettingsVào tab Outgoing server: Chọn My outgoing vps (SMTP) requires authentication cùng Use the same settings as my incoming mail server

Vào tab Advanced: chọn Server Port Numbers như sau:Incoming server (IMAP): 993, encrypted connection: SSLOutgoing vps (SMTP): 465, encrypted connection: SSLChọn vps timeouts: 10 phút

Click OK và Finish.

Bây giờ, người tiêu dùng đã gồm hai tài khoản e-mail trên cùng phiên bản cài Outlook. Để máy chuyển động vài phút để nhất quán dữ liệu giữa server cùng client, tiếp nối thực hiện nay thao tác coppy dữ liệu giữa hai thông tin tài khoản theo gợi ý ở đây.
